Fralibri Valpolicella DOC Classico - 2020

Fralibri is a red wine made from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina, Teroldego, Merlot, Molinara, and Oseleta. The grapes are picked by hand in mid-September, considering the climate and grape type.

The wine is crafted using traditional methods, including destemming-crushing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7 to 15 days at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed, and it matures in the bottle for 3 months.

Fralibri is a young and versatile wine that goes well with various foods, including fish. It's best served slightly chilled.
