Valplazza Rosato is the fruitiest expression of Nebbiolo in a Rosé style. Perfumed and persistent, perfect as a meal-opener, fresh and pleasant yet well-structured. Serve it as an aperitif, with fish, or even with white meats.
Typical onion skin color with medium-plus concentration. Youthful profile with intense fruit notes such as raspberry and red cherry. Juicy and fresh palate, elevated acidity, and medium body. Vinification occurs in stainless steel only, where the wine rests for 4-6 months with batonnage, before being finished in the bottle.
