Colle Murello Umbria IGP - 2022

Colle Murello, a white wine exclusively crafted from 100% Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, hails from the esteemed vineyards of San Gemini. With a low-yielding training system and soils rich in clay and limestone, the wine achieves a remarkable body, texture, and minerality.

Harvested by hand from 7-year-old vines at 230 meters above sea level, the grapes undergo a spontaneous 30-day fermentation. Post-fermentation, Collemurello ages in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months with regular batonnages, resulting in an annual production of 3000 to 3300 bottles.
