Etna Rosso DOC - 2020

Etna Rosso DOC, crafted by Federico Graziani, is a dynamic red wine that embodies the unique terroir of Mount Etna's northern slopes. A blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, followed by 12 months of refinement in stainless steel and an additional 6 months in the bottle.

This wine presents a bright ruby red color and a fragrant nose with strawberry, raspberry, tangerine, and subtle mineral notes. The palate is crisp, refreshing, and harmonious, with a vivid tannic perception. Etna Rosso is a fruit-driven yet complex wine, showcasing the best Contrade of Etna and reflecting Federico's commitment to quality winemaking.
