Mareneve Terre Siciliane IGT - 2021

Introducing "Mareneve," a masterpiece from Federico Graziani, nestled in the heart of Etna Volcano. This wine reflects the winery's commitment to excellence, blending five grape varieties – Carricante, Riesling Renano, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc, and Grecanico.

Spontaneous fermentation in steel vats, with indigenous yeasts. There's no malolactic fermentation, allowing the wine to maintain its natural vibrancy. Following this, it undergoes a refinement period of 12 months in steel on fine lees, followed by an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle.

As you pour a glass of Mareneve, you'll notice its bright platinum color with a touch of green. The smell is a delightful mix of intense and light aromas, like fresh tropical fruit, pineapple, white peach, litchi, white musk, rose, lemon granita, and subtle hints of lava stone and salt.
