The winemaking process involves a 20-day cold pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 7-month aging period in the same tanks.

The result is an intense cherry pink hue, accompanied by a captivating aroma featuring rich notes of blackberries, citrus, small red fruits, aromatic herbs, and the distinctive Mediterranean scrub.
