Chakra Blu Valle d'Itria IGT - 2022

Chakra Blu, a sparkling white wine that honors traditional techniques passed down through generations (Methode Ancestrale). Crafted in the enchanting Valle d'Itria, this blend features Verdeca (70%), Maruggio, and Marchione grapes. The wine is carefully vinified in stainless steel vessels to maintain its integrity. In January, the liqueur de tirage is added to initiate a second fermentation. The wines then spend around fifty days sur-lie in the bottle. Chakra Blu delights the senses with a pale straw yellow hue and a creamy, continuous perlage. Aromas of acacia blossoms, ripe pear, and yellow peach dance from the glass, with a subtle balsamic undertone that enhances its freshness and minerality. On the palate, expect a symphony of freshness and liveliness, with a savory character that transcends the ordinary.
