Chakra Giallo Verdeca Gioia del Colle DOC - 2022

Chakra Essenza is a captivating wine made in Puglia, Italy. It's crafted by Tonetta and Toniuccio, a remarkable couple in their nineties who lovingly tend to their vineyard. This wine represents the strong bond between people and nature, combining earth, air, and the human spirit. The vineyards, located in a beautiful terroir, produce a unique and flavorful Verdeca grape.

The winemaking process is intricate. Some grapes are harvested early for fermentation with natural yeasts, while the rest undergo a gentle crushing and destemming. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled tanks, and some grapes undergo skin maceration. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a year and stirred regularly, resulting in a well-balanced and terroir-driven flavor profile that reflects the dedication of its creators.
