Friulano Valeris Collio DOC - 2023

Friulano Valeris is an outstanding white wine made exclusively from 100% Tocai Friulano grapes, known for their unique character. Grown in hilly terrain with marl and sandstone, from old vines.

The grapes are carefully hand-harvested in late September at their peak ripeness. In the cellar, the winemaking process is meticulous. After crushing and a 12-hour skin maceration, the juice undergoes fermentation for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages on lees in steel vats with periodic stirring for at least three months.

Displaying a straw-yellow color with a green tinge. The bouquet is characterized by apricot, exotic fruits, and a touch of white pepper. The palate is dry, tangy, and vibrant with a pleasing body, showcasing the essence of Tocai Friulano.

This exceptional wine is a limited annual production, representing the true potential of Tocai Friulano and the vineyard's unique terroir.
