Malvasia Collio DOC - 2021

This Malvasia is a remarkable white wine showcasing the distinct qualities of its hilly vineyards with marl and sandstone soils.

Harvested in late September, the grapes go through de-stemming, crushing, and a 12-hour skin maceration at 15°C. The resulting must undergoes a gentle pressing and cleaning, followed by an 8-10 day fermentation at 16-18°C. After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees in steel vats with periodic stirring for at least three months.

Straw-yellow color with green undertones. Its bouquet is crisp, featuring apricot, exotic fruits, and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, it's dry, tangy, and perky with a satisfying body.
