Pinot Grigio Collio DOC - 2023

Pinot Grigio is a superb white wine made exclusively from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, known for their unique qualities. Grown in hilly terrain with marl and sandstone, the vines thrive in this special environment.

Harvested by hand in early September, the winemaking process is meticulous. After gently pressing the grapes and clarifying the juice, fermentation occurs for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages on fine lees in steel vats with continuous stirring for at least 4 months.

With a light straw-yellow color, the wine has an intense bouquet with notes of acacia flowers. The taste is dry, pleasantly bitter, and well-balanced.

Perfect with starters, rich dishes, risottos, and meats, Pinot Grigio is a reflection of the grape's true character and the unique terroir of the hilly landscape.
